Smog Alert!
It took me half a month to finish this!
I was supposed to post this last month but my computer automatically shut down, so I had to start all over...
Anyway after being in the High Voltage mood, I had to do it again.
The original was a lot better, but I can't complain now that it's finished.
About the drawing, I had this idea in my head when I had a really cool dream watching Wire fight Smog at an industrial plant.
